WHAT IS FACMAN?
FACMAN is a unique and powerful web-based FACility MANagement program for organizing and managing roof assets. Being web-based means you can use it anywhere you can get on the internet; access it at work, on the road, or even at home. Now you can view and manage your roof inventory as easily as you surf the web. FACMAN was forged from the combined experience of the SRI staff. We made it very powerful and still user-friendly. It has the power to organize, evaluate, and budget roof rehabilitation and maintenance for multinational corporations. Yet, the ease of use allows our clients to view and manage their own roof information.
Need FACMAN to go? Not a problem, FACMAN Mobile is a newly developed extension of the web-based FACMAN that operates on the Pocket PC! No more need to carry overflowing binders full of roof data to a job site again; download them onto FACMAN mobile and go! Additionally, you can add new information in the field and edit existing data, it's all uploaded to the web FACMAN the next time you synch the Pocket PC.
